Cleaning across Northwest Ohio
The regional contact is in Findlay. A regional program still needs site-specific instructions: the room list, local contact and service window belong with each address. Clean Facility has teams and active engagements in this region.
Where Northwest Ohio coverage actually reaches
We cover every community in this region. In practice that is about a 60 to 70 mile drive from the office below, or roughly an hour. The list is representative, not a boundary: if your address is not on it, ask.
Northwest Ohio is worked from our office at 307 E Hardin St, Suite A, Findlay, which is the base for the regional team and area managers. From there the practical reach runs north to Toledo and the lakeshore, west to the Indiana line, south to Lima and the Auglaize valley, and east to Norwalk and Mansfield.
This is the region with the widest spread of small communities, so the list below is longer than the others. Findlay has its own page for a buyer with a single facility there.

A manufacturing region, and what that asks of a cleaning contract
Northwest Ohio work is heavily manufacturing. Across the region that means the same recurring set of problems: offices and administrative space sharing a building with production, break and locker rooms under heavy shift use, particulate settling on overhead steel and light fixtures, and floors carrying oil and tracked-in material.
It also means a firm boundary. General facility cleaning covers the building. Production equipment, tooling, process areas and anything requiring lockout stay out of scope unless they are named, scoped and trained for. Site rules, PPE and contractor induction belong in the written working instructions at every address, not in a briefing given once.
We serve every other facility type in the region too. Clean Facility has worked Northwest Ohio for five years, runs every shift, and assigns a dedicated area manager to every location.

Holding a standard across a spread-out region
A dispersed account needs consistent inspection and reporting so the manager can see which sites need attention, including those farther from the regional office.
Every account is inspected on a 92-point checklist on a six-week cycle. In July 2026, nine scored inspections averaged 96.67 out of 100 and company attendance was 95.45 percent. Every address uses the same 92-point inspection framework and six-week cycle, applied to its agreed scope, regardless of its distance from Findlay. Inspection results help the manager identify work that needs attention.
GPS clock-in and clock-out confirm attendance at each address, and the 42-day account report collects the audit findings for review. Published client reference letters, including one from a Findlay organization, are available in full with names and dates.
Our recurring programs start at $1,000 per month. Smaller one-off projects are quoted separately. On a multi-site account the minimum applies to the program rather than to each address.

Start with the right local contact
Call 419-581-2249 or send your facility addresses through the quote form. For other addresses in the region, we review the proposed work and schedule with you.

Build the regional plan from the Findlay contact
Send the addresses you want reviewed to the Northwest Ohio team. A facility near the regional contact and another elsewhere in the region can require different service windows and site instructions. The proposal needs to identify both.
Describe the building use and any shift pattern before the walkthrough. Offices, recreation spaces and industrial support rooms place different demands on shared areas. Confirm those demands at the site instead of selecting a generic package.
Record local exceptions in a shared account
Use a short site register so the manager can see what differs between locations. Supply storage and periodic floor work are easy to overlook when an account is reduced to a single monthly total.
| For each address | Record |
|---|---|
| Local contact | Name and service contact route |
| Occupied periods | Cleaning window and restricted times |
| Supplies | Purchasing and replenishment owner |
| Projects | Floor, carpet or other agreed periodic work |
| Exceptions | Unavailable rooms and follow-up status |
Connect inspections to the agreed tasks
Field managers inspect and score the contracted work every six weeks. Our proposal also includes 42-day check-ins and audit reports. When a task needs correction, name the area and condition found. The regional contact can then follow up on the specific work.
Swept supports client messages and inspection information. Changes to scope should be recorded so the cleaner and inspector use the same instruction.
Read a reference from Findlay
The Findlay Family YMCA letter is published with its original attribution and date. It gives you a client’s view of the team’s attendance and work. Use it alongside your own scope questions when evaluating service.
