Familiar people, consistent routines
Our turnover is 50% lower than the competition. Keeping people on the team helps them learn where supplies are stored, how to enter the building and which rooms need particular attention. A building lead supports the crew, with your area manager available for account concerns.
Check the work against your task list
Each account receives a scored inspection every six weeks. The 92-point inspection framework is applied to the cleaning scope for your building. If you notice a missed task between reviews, tell your area manager which area needs attention so the team can follow up.
The daily work, covered
Trash removal, floor cleaning, restroom care and agreed high-touch surfaces form the core of many recurring plans. We walk the building with you to identify the rooms and tasks that matter. Restocking duties and supply purchasing are recorded separately so neither gets lost between teams.
Attention where your building needs it
A busy entrance and a lightly used office do not need the same schedule. We set task frequencies around occupancy, floor materials and restroom use. Your checklist shows what happens each visit and which tasks follow a weekly or periodic schedule.
Manage the recurring work
Building leads and facility checklists support consistent execution. Inspections give managers a way to compare delivery with the agreed work. When a recurring issue appears, the manager can review access, instructions and the cleaning method rather than just ask the team to try harder.
Tell us when rooms change use or staff numbers increase. Those changes may affect the time, supplies and frequency needed. Updating the scope keeps expectations aligned with the building as it is used now.
A sample recurring task schedule
Use this planning example to prepare the walkthrough. Your proposal sets the tasks and frequency for your building.
| Part of the work | What to define | Before service starts |
|---|---|---|
| Each visit | Waste, restroom fixtures and agreed floor work | Record excluded rooms |
| Weekly review | Dusting and lower-traffic tasks | Set the actual frequency by room |
| Periodic work | Detailed floor or carpet treatment | Price and schedule separately when excluded |

Bring your current schedule and the issues you want solved to the walkthrough. We review the rooms and task frequencies with you before preparing the quote. You can then compare the proposed work with what your building needs.
Our minimum for a recurring program is $1,000 a month. Separate project work receives its own quote.
Your questions,
answered.
Are desks included?
Agreed desk-surface work can be included. We establish which surfaces must be clear and which items should remain untouched.
Does janitorial service include floor refinishing?
Not automatically. Routine floor cleaning and periodic refinishing are different tasks and should be listed separately.
Who supplies restroom consumables?
We agree on purchasing and restocking responsibilities. The proposal should identify who provides paper products, soap and liners.
Is there a minimum for recurring cleaning?
Recurring cleaning programs start at $1,000 per month. One-time projects are quoted separately.
