Bring overhead surfaces into the plan
Overhead ledges, exposed structures and other agreed elevated surfaces can need their own cleaning schedule. We identify the surfaces with you and assess access. Ceiling work is defined by the material and method rather than assumed to be part of every high-dusting visit.
Coordinate the space above and below
High-level work needs room for the agreed access equipment and a plan for the occupied area below. We review operating hours, equipment and access restrictions with your contact. Specialist hazards require a separate assessment; ordinary high dusting is not a substitute for specialist remediation.
Schedule periodic work deliberately
High surfaces are often missed when the recurring scope is written only around floors, restrooms and desks. Put the periodic task and review interval into the plan, even when the service is quoted separately.
For industrial or specialist settings, define what the cleaning team may touch and what remains with maintenance personnel. A cleaning service does not imply authorization to dismantle equipment or alter building systems.
