Commercial cleaning in Ohio
A clean facility should take less of your time.
Recurring cleaning, daytime support and scheduled floor care work better as one coordinated program. Clean Facility gives you a building lead, a dedicated area manager and a clear scope of work, so you know who is responsible and where to take a concern.

A team that learns your building
Our employee turnover is 50% lower than the competition. That supports a more consistent team that can learn your building’s access rules, priorities and routines.
A local building lead oversees the work. Your dedicated area manager is your point of contact for service concerns and changes.
Clear tasks. Regular checks.
Your cleaning scope identifies the areas, tasks and frequency for your facility. We inspect each account every six weeks using our 92-point inspection framework, checking the work against that agreed scope.
If a task needs attention, contact your area manager with the room and issue. The manager coordinates follow-up through the agreed reporting process.
One coordinated cleaning program
Your building may need routine janitorial work, support during occupied hours and projects at set intervals. We help you decide how those services fit together. The proposal records the tasks, service windows and responsibilities so your staff have one plan to work from.
Separate maintenance from periodic work
Routine cleaning keeps agreed spaces ready for regular use. Floor refinishing, carpet extraction, high dusting and other periodic work need separate planning. Putting everything under a general cleaning heading makes it difficult to compare bids or check delivery.
We identify those tasks in the scope so you can budget for them and schedule around building use. A periodic task may belong in the recurring agreement or in a separate project, depending on your requirements.
Coordinate people and standards
The cleaning team uses facility-specific checklists. Building leads support the work on site, your area manager coordinates concerns and changes, and field managers inspect delivery. The same structure supports a single building or an account with several locations.
A common account does not mean an identical scope everywhere. Different sites may need different frequencies, products and access arrangements. We can coordinate reporting while keeping those local requirements clear.
Build the program around the work
Use this planning example to prepare the walkthrough. Your proposal sets the tasks and frequency for your building.
| Part of the work | What to define | Before service starts |
|---|---|---|
| Recurring service | Restrooms, waste, floors and agreed surfaces | A task list for each room |
| Occupied-hours support | Selected daytime needs | A day porter schedule |
| Periodic projects | Carpet, floor and other agreed projects | A separate frequency and access plan |

Your questions,
answered.
What is the difference between commercial and janitorial cleaning?
Commercial cleaning is the broader program for a business facility. Janitorial cleaning usually describes the recurring routine work within it. Project and specialist services should be identified separately in the proposal.
Can one agreement cover recurring and project work?
Yes, the proposed program can include both. The scope should show which tasks recur, which are periodic and which require a separate request.
What information affects the proposal?
Cleanable area, occupancy, use, frequency, restrooms, floor types, supplies and access all affect the proposed work. A walkthrough helps define them.
Is there a minimum for recurring cleaning?
Recurring cleaning programs start at $1,000 per month. One-time projects are quoted separately.
