Plan the work by facility use

These examples help define the walkthrough. They are planning scenarios, not descriptions of a named customer’s building.

This is where the Northeast Ohio operation is run from

Our Northeast Ohio office is at 401 Stratavon St NW, Suite B, North Canton. The office is where the regional team, the area managers and the supply and equipment store for this part of Ohio sit.

For a North Canton facility, that proximity is the practical difference. The local office supports the team with supplies, equipment and coordination when an access problem or crew absence needs attention. Cover for a missed shift comes from a local bench, not a two-hour drive.

Canton and North Canton together are the largest part of our client base, and we have worked this market for more than 30 years.

Industrial sites, and the offices attached to them

North Canton work runs heavily to manufacturing and industrial facilities, along with the professional offices, customer areas and administrative space those businesses operate. We serve every other facility type in the market too.

The scoping problem is the same one every mixed site has: the office suite, the customer-facing entrance and the production area are judged by different standards and need different frequencies, different service windows and different exclusions. Production equipment, tooling and process areas stay out of the scope unless they are named and trained for.

We also write down the clear-surface rule room by room. A desk can be in scope without every item on it being in scope, and a cleaner should never have to decide on the night whether to move somebody’s paperwork.

Every account has a named area manager

Every Clean Facility location is overseen by a dedicated area manager. For a North Canton building, that manager is based at the Stratavon office and is your single point of contact for scope changes, recurring concerns and anything that needs a decision.

Underneath that, building leads run the work on site and field managers carry out the scored inspections. Building leads support the work on site, area managers handle account concerns, and field managers review the contracted work. That is the difference between a quality system and a self-report.

The 42-day account report collects recent updates and audit information for review with your manager. It is a summary, not a queue. A concern should be raised when it happens.

The numbers behind the inspection

Every account is inspected on a 92-point checklist on a six-week cycle. In July 2026, nine scored inspections averaged 96.67 out of 100 and company attendance was 95.45 percent.

A 92-point checklist scored on a six-week cycle produces a comparable number over time, which is what makes a falling standard visible before you notice it yourself. Scores are measured against your scope, so an excluded task is never marked as a failure.

Attendance is tracked separately through GPS clock-in and clock-out. We publish both figures because they answer different questions: attendance says the team was there, the inspection score says the work was done. A contractor who will only show you one of the two is showing you the easier one.

Our recurring programs start at $1,000 per month. Smaller one-off projects are quoted separately.

Write room instructions that a cleaner can follow

A desk can be in scope without every item on it being in scope. Our checklist limits some surface work to areas clear of papers. For a North Canton office, mark those boundaries room by room so the team can work without moving documents or personal items.

Meeting rooms bring a different issue: availability. Let us know whether late bookings affect access, and identify the person who can resolve a room conflict. A useful checklist tells the cleaner both what to do and how to record a task that could not be completed.

Use the regional contact for a clear handover

When changing providers, collect the existing scope and any recurring issues before the walkthrough. The North Canton team can review the proposed work with you. Access codes and keys belong in the agreed handover, not an open quote form.

Our onboarding procedure begins with entry instructions and a check of priority areas. The team reports abnormal conditions at the beginning of the shift. Your building-specific instructions then guide the rooms and tasks to complete.

Review the work with the same checklist

A complaint about “the office” is hard to investigate. A room and task are more useful. Monthly field-manager inspections score the contracted work, and Swept supports inspection information and account messages.

The 42-day check-in is a chance to discuss the larger pattern: areas that need a different frequency, room-use changes or periodic work that should be scheduled. Your area manager remains the account contact between reviews.
