A Findlay-based regional contact and published references
Our Northwest Ohio contact is at 307 E Hardin St, Suite A, Findlay. The published Findlay Family YMCA reference describes its experience with our team. Read the letter and use it to frame questions about attendance, follow-up and consistency.
Plan the work by facility use
These examples help define the walkthrough. They are planning scenarios, not descriptions of a named customer’s building.
| Facility use | Scope to define | Scheduling decision |
|---|---|---|
| Recreation and shared facilities | Restrooms, floors and agreed activity areas | Coordinate around occupancy |
| Offices and customer areas | Routine room and entrance care | Define readiness at opening |
| Regional accounts | Separate site instructions | Keep a common contact and reporting process |
A manufacturing market, served from an office in it
Findlay work is heavily manufacturing, and our Northwest Ohio office is at 307 E Hardin St, Suite A, Findlay. The regional team and area managers for this part of Ohio work from there.
A plant asks different questions of a cleaning contractor than an office does. Offices and administrative space sit inside the same building as production. Break rooms and locker rooms need attention around shift changes and employee use. Particulate settles on overhead steel, conduit and light fixtures on a cycle of its own. Floors carry oil and tracked-in material that ordinary mopping moves around rather than lifts.
We have served the Findlay market for five years and run every shift here, which matters in a plant with no quiet hour.

What our team does not touch
General facility cleaning covers the building. Production equipment, tooling, process areas, containment zones and anything requiring lockout are outside the scope unless they are specifically named, scoped and trained for.
We put that boundary in writing at the walkthrough: the floor areas our team cleans and the areas your maintenance staff own, the surfaces approached and those that are not, and what happens when a room is running. Site rules, PPE and contractor induction go into the working instructions rather than a verbal briefing.
When an area cannot be entered, the team records an exception and it reaches your area manager. An inaccessible room should produce a scheduling decision, not a silent gap in the record.
References you can actually read
Most cleaning companies describe their references. Ours are published in full, with the client named, the letter reproduced and the date shown, including one from a Findlay organization.
That is deliberate. A reference is only useful if you can read what the client actually wrote rather than the sentence a salesperson chose to quote. Use them to ask better questions: whether the team follows the schedule, how a request is handled, and what happened when the requirement changed.
For a reference conversation relevant to your own facility, contact the Northwest Ohio team and we will discuss an appropriate introduction.
How a Findlay account is checked
Every account is inspected on a 92-point checklist on a six-week cycle. In July 2026, nine scored inspections averaged 96.67 out of 100 and company attendance was 95.45 percent.
In a plant the inspection carries more weight than usual, because a floor that looks acceptable under production lighting and a floor that meets the agreed standard are not the same thing. The 92-point checklist is scored against your scope, and the report names the area and the condition found so a correction can be assigned to someone.
GPS clock-in and clock-out confirm attendance and nothing more. We read it alongside the inspection score, because time in a building is not proof that a task was completed. Every location has a dedicated area manager who owns the follow-up.
Our recurring programs start at $1,000 per month. Smaller one-off projects are quoted separately.
Use a reference to ask about the working relationship
The Findlay Family YMCA letter is a named, dated reference available to read in full. Its comments address attendance and the team’s work. Use that evidence to ask about the things that matter in your facility: whether the team follows the schedule, how requests are handled and what happens when needs change.
The reference remains the client’s account of its experience. Your facility will receive its own task list and proposal. If you want a reference conversation relevant to the proposed work, contact our team to discuss an introduction.
Plan around rooms that stay in use
A facility with shared activity spaces can have very different peaks in use from an office. For a Findlay walkthrough, identify the busy periods for restrooms, entrances and staff rooms. Then decide which tasks can wait for the recurring clean and which need attention during occupancy.
A day porter assignment should name its hours and priorities. The evening checklist should identify what remains. That handover helps avoid both a gap in coverage and two people assuming the other person has completed a task.
Separate routine floors from project work
Floor condition matters when setting the starting scope. Vacuuming a carpet and extracting it are separate tasks. So are routine hard-floor cleaning and agreed finish work. Name any initial project before you compare ongoing prices.
Our field inspections review the contracted tasks, and the account process includes 42-day check-ins and audit reports. Keep concerns tied to an area or checklist item so your manager can follow the correction. Swept supports that exchange between scheduled reviews.
