Coordinate the release of each work area
We work with your project contact to establish which areas are ready for cleaning. Dust-producing work and trade access affect the sequence. A clear release of each area helps prevent finished cleaning from being undone by the next construction task.
Match the cleaning visits to the project
Some projects need more than one cleaning visit as areas are completed. We discuss those stages and the final walkthrough with your team. If trades return afterward, any additional cleaning is reviewed against the agreed scope rather than assumed to be included.
Review the finished work together
The agreed list of rooms and tasks gives your project contact and our manager the same basis for the final walkthrough. Debris removal, adhesive residue and work outside the released areas need to be identified in the proposal. That keeps the handoff clear.

Can you clean before every trade has finished?
We can discuss phased work, but each area needs a defined release condition. Continuing work may create additional cleaning beyond the original scope.
Is construction debris removal included?
Only if specifically agreed. The proposal must separate waste removal from cleaning of completed surfaces.
Can the cleaning transition into recurring service?
Yes. We can discuss a recurring cleaning program after the project, with a separate scope based on occupancy and use.
