Define the public and restricted areas
A branch lobby and a restricted office have different access requirements. During the walkthrough, identify customer seating, service areas, private offices, staff spaces and rooms outside the cleaning scope. The team needs written instructions for the areas it may enter.
Cash-handling areas, secure storage and equipment should never be assumed to be part of routine cleaning. Your facility contact sets those boundaries, and the agreed plan reflects them.
Plan around opening and closing
Service times need to fit branch hours, staff arrival and closing procedures. We discuss the approved entry route and the handover arrangements before the start date. Changes to alarms or access must reach the area manager before the next service.
Entrances, lobby flooring and interior glass often receive concentrated traffic. Their task frequency should reflect that use. Staff restrooms and break areas need their own plan rather than being treated as secondary spaces.
Keep floor projects separate from daily work
Routine floor cleaning handles day-to-day conditions. Carpet extraction or restorative hard-floor work requires a separate method and a window for the surface to return to service. Plan those projects around customer access and internal schedules.
The proposal should identify which floors are included and who handles preparation. A coordinated project is easier to manage than an undefined promise of occasional deep cleaning.
Coordinate a branch network
For several Ohio branches, common reporting can help the facilities team compare service. Each branch still needs its own access instructions and task list. Differences in size, traffic and flooring affect the work.
Your area manager coordinates service concerns and agreed changes. Inspections provide a record tied to the contracted work, making follow-up more useful than a general statement that a branch looks clean.
Build the task list by area
These are planning examples. The agreed scope identifies the tasks assigned to our team and the tasks retained by your staff.
| Area or service window | Cleaning scope | Key handover detail |
|---|---|---|
| Public branch areas | Entrances, floors and customer spaces | Work around opening hours |
| Staff areas | Restroom and breakroom service | Confirm supply responsibility |
| Restricted areas | Only authorized tasks | Follow the branch access procedure |
Your questions,
answered.
Do you clean secure rooms?
Only areas expressly agreed with your facility contact are included. Restricted rooms and equipment require clear access and scope instructions.
Can several branches share one account?
Yes. We can discuss coordinated account management with a facility-specific plan for each branch.
Can floor care happen outside opening hours?
We plan projects around an agreed access window, preparation requirements and the time needed before the floor returns to use.
