Cleaning across Northeast Ohio
One account can span different building uses across these markets. Keep access instructions and task frequencies with the individual site, while the account contact coordinates changes. Clean Facility has teams and active engagements in this region.
Where Northeast Ohio coverage actually reaches
We cover every community in this region. In practice that is about a 60 to 70 mile drive from the office below, or roughly an hour. The list is representative, not a boundary: if your address is not on it, ask.
Northeast Ohio is served from two offices: Cleveland at 1020 Bolivar Rd, and North Canton at 401 Stratavon St NW, Suite B, which is also the base for the regional team and area managers. Between them they reach from the lakeshore to the Tuscarawas valley and east to the Mahoning Valley.
Our Northeast Ohio team coordinates accounts across Cleveland, Akron, Canton and North Canton. Each building keeps its own scope and service schedule.

Cleveland · Akron · Canton · North Canton
One region, four different kinds of building
The facility mix changes sharply across Northeast Ohio, and a regional account has to allow for that rather than flatten it.
Cleveland leans toward professional office buildings, medical spas, apartment communities and other Class A property, where the public face of the building drives the hours. Akron, Canton and North Canton are far more manufacturing and industrial, where the work is about shift coverage, floor soil, overhead particulate and a hard boundary around production equipment.
We serve every facility type in every one of these markets. The point is that a scope written for a Cleveland lobby will not work in a Canton plant, and a regional agreement should coordinate the account without copying one building’s task list onto another.
Clean Facility has worked Akron, Canton and North Canton for more than 30 years and Cleveland for six. Every location has a dedicated area manager and we run all shifts across the region.

What a regional account is measured on
Every account is inspected on a 92-point checklist on a six-week cycle. In July 2026, nine scored inspections averaged 96.67 out of 100 and company attendance was 95.45 percent. Every site uses the same 92-point inspection framework and six-week cycle, applied to its agreed scope. A common scoring method helps the manager compare results across different buildings.
GPS clock-in and clock-out confirm attendance at each address. The 42-day account report brings the audit findings and updates together for review. Your area manager remains the contact between reports.
Our recurring programs start at $1,000 per month. Smaller one-off projects are quoted separately. On a multi-site account that applies to the program rather than to each individual address.

Coordinate four markets without flattening the scope
Cleveland, Akron, Canton and North Canton can share an account contact while keeping different service plans. An office and a manufacturing support building should not inherit the same room checklist. Identify which rules belong to the whole account and which belong to one address.
| Keep consistent | Define for each building |
|---|---|
| How to raise service concerns | Who can authorize access |
| Reporting fields | Rooms, surfaces and task frequencies |
| Process for scope changes | Occupied hours and shift changes |
| Inspection follow-up | Periodic projects and exclusions |
Use the Northeast Ohio contact to plan a transition
Bring the current cleaning scope and the issues you want resolved. The team can review the addresses together, then settle each building’s instructions before service begins. Our onboarding process covers access, priority areas and the task sequence.
For a site that mixes public and restricted areas, name the boundary in the scope. General service does not make every room available to the cleaner. Training and building instructions must match the assigned work.
Compare delivery across the account
Monthly field-manager inspections score the contracted tasks. The 42-day check-in and audit report provide a further review point. Use the room and task in any concern so a regional total does not hide a recurring problem at one site.
Swept supports messages and inspection information. The area manager coordinates service changes while building leads support the work at the facility.

Your questions,
answered.
Which Northeast Ohio markets are priorities?
Our local operations include Cleveland, Akron, Canton and North Canton. Send the specific addresses for a regional account so we can discuss coverage and scheduling.
Can one account include different cleaning schedules?
Yes. Each building can have a schedule based on its use while the account shares coordination and reporting.
Will every site use the same checklist?
No. The format can be consistent, but tasks, frequency, surfaces and access instructions must fit each facility.
Can we move several sites at different times?
We can discuss a phased transition. Each location needs an agreed start date, access handover and preparation plan.
Can we coordinate Cleveland and Akron facilities through one account?
Yes. We can review the locations together and set a separate scope for each building, with agreed account contacts and reporting.
Which towns do you cover in Northeast Ohio?
