Cleaning across Central Ohio
For an account with several addresses, define the Columbus building scope and the requirements of each additional Central Ohio site separately. Send the full address list for a coverage and scheduling review. Clean Facility has teams and active engagements in this region.
Where Central Ohio coverage actually reaches
We cover every community in this region. In practice that is about a 60 to 70 mile drive from our Columbus team’s operating base, or roughly an hour. The list is representative, not a boundary: if your address is not on it, ask.
Central Ohio is worked from Columbus, and the practical reach is most of the center of the state: the Columbus metropolitan area and the ring of county seats around it, out past Springfield to the west, Zanesville to the east, Marion and Mount Vernon to the north and Chillicothe to the south.
Columbus has its own page for a buyer with a single facility in the city. We coordinate cleaning programs across multiple Central Ohio addresses.
| Area | Communities served |
|---|---|
| Franklin County | Columbus, Dublin, Westerville, Hilliard, Grove City, Worthington, Gahanna, Reynoldsburg, Upper Arlington, Bexley, Whitehall, New Albany, Canal Winchester, Groveport |
| Delaware and Union | Delaware, Powell, Lewis Center, Sunbury, Marysville, Plain City |
| Licking and Fairfield | Newark, Heath, Granville, Pataskala, Lancaster, Pickerington |
| Madison, Pickaway and Fayette | London, Circleville, Washington Court House |
| Knox, Morrow and Marion | Mount Vernon, Mount Gilead, Marion |
| Muskingum, Perry, Hocking and Ross | Zanesville, Logan, Chillicothe |
| Clark, Champaign and Logan | Springfield, Urbana, Bellefontaine |
The Central Ohio facility mix
Our Columbus and Central Ohio work is concentrated in data centers and medical spas. Both are demanding for the same underlying reason: they are controlled environments where what the cleaning team must not do matters as much as what it does.
A data center needs screened and badged staff, escort discipline, controlled materials, no liquids near equipment and an auditable record of entry. A medical spa needs treatment-room turnover, clinical surfaces and a schedule that fits between appointments while the client-facing areas are held to a retail standard.
We serve every other facility type in Central Ohio as well. Clean Facility has operated in this market for two years, running every shift, with a dedicated area manager on every location. The local team is newer than the company, which has worked in Ohio since 1993 and runs a Central Ohio account on the same inspection system as its oldest markets.

Running several Central Ohio sites on one account
The useful discipline on a regional account is to keep the room list, occupied hours and task frequency attached to each address, and to build the total from those rather than starting with a total and dividing it.
Every account is inspected on a 92-point checklist on a six-week cycle. In July 2026, nine scored inspections averaged 96.67 out of 100 and company attendance was 95.45 percent. Each site uses the same 92-point inspection framework and six-week cycle, applied to its agreed scope, so the manager can compare results across buildings. GPS clock-in and clock-out confirm attendance per address, and the 42-day account report collects the audit findings for review with your area manager.
Our recurring programs start at $1,000 per month. Smaller one-off projects are quoted separately. On a multi-site program the minimum applies to the account rather than to every address, so a group of smaller Central Ohio sites can be served together.

Separate the regional agreement from the site schedule
For Central Ohio accounts, the address list is the starting point. Record each building’s occupied hours and the time available to clean. A regional agreement can coordinate the account, but the work still has to fit each building.
| Review item | Question to settle |
|---|---|
| Coverage | Which addresses are in this request? |
| Room use | Which areas are occupied during cleaning? |
| Daytime tasks | Is porter coverage needed at any site? |
| Reporting | Who receives account reports and local exceptions? |
Avoid hidden differences in regional pricing
A total for several buildings is useful only when you can see the work behind it. Compare recurring visits, periodic projects and supply responsibilities at each address. Identify any initial cleanup separately.
The resource worksheets let you put proposals side by side. Keep the included rooms consistent when comparing totals; an excluded room or a lower task frequency can explain a difference in price.
Keep changes visible after service starts
If one site adds a shift or changes a room’s use, tell the account manager. That change may affect its tasks and frequency without changing the needs of the other locations. The checklist should reflect the building as it is used now.
Our stated process includes scored inspections every six weeks and 42-day check-ins. Swept supports the messages and inspection information needed between those reviews.
