CLEAN FACILITY

Limited-service and full-service cleaning

Use the checklist to choose the work your facility needs. The plan name is only a starting point.

Selected tasks from our service checklist

This selection comes from our service checklist. It shows why the task list matters when comparing packages. Your signed proposal sets the final inclusions and frequency.

What the two service levels mean

Clean Facility’s checklist separates limited service, full service and special-request work. Both service levels cover agreed routine tasks. Full service adds selected detail work in specified areas. The final proposal sets the tasks and frequency for your building.

This distinction helps when a buyer wants to compare a basic program with a broader one. It also prevents the phrase full service from being read as every possible cleaning task. Some work remains a special request in either program.

Entryways and shared areas

The checklist includes glass cleaning, agreed floor care and waste removal in both service levels for entryways and lobby areas. Full service adds selected work such as high-touch surface care, furniture and ledge dusting, and detail attention to molding and baseboards.

The frequency still needs to fit the building. A busy lobby and a quiet side entrance may not require the same schedule. Discuss the areas separately during the walkthrough rather than relying on one frequency for all common space.

Offices need clear surface boundaries

For office and cubicle areas, the checklist distinguishes routine floor and waste tasks from additional dusting and surface work. Several detail tasks apply only when surfaces are clear of papers. This condition matters: the cleaning team should not have to move documents to complete an undefined instruction.

Executive and private offices have their own entries in the checklist. Do not assume their tasks match an open office. Identify access limits and the specific work required in the proposal.

Restrooms and breakrooms

Both service levels include the listed restroom fixture, mirror, floor, waste and replenishment tasks. The checklist separately identifies selected full-service work, including refilling deodorizers or air fresheners. Purchasing supplies still needs an agreed owner.

For breakrooms, appliance exteriors are distinct from appliance interiors. Cleaning inside a refrigerator or loading a dishwasher appears as special-request work. Agree on preparation, access and responsibility before adding those tasks.

Special requests stay specific

Shop and industrial areas, server or utility rooms and restricted spaces require particular care in the scope. The checklist identifies several tasks as special requests and states that restricted areas require prior discussion. A request needs review of the method and access before agreement.

The checklist is a discussion tool, not permission for a cleaner to work on sensitive equipment. Your facility’s requirements and the signed scope govern what is included.

Choose the program by walking the building

Review each area with the provider. Mark the tasks needed, set their frequency and identify exclusions. If a detail task is important to your facility, place it in the proposal rather than assume the service-level label covers it.

Clean Facility can use the limited- and full-service checklist during your walkthrough. The result should be a facility-specific agreement that your team understands and our managers can inspect against.

BEFORE WE START

Your questions,
answered.

Does full service include every possible task?

No. It adds selected detail work. Special requests, exclusions and frequency still need to be stated in the facility proposal.

Are appliance interiors included?

The checklist treats appliance and refrigerator interiors as special-request work. They need an agreed scope and preparation instructions.

Can we choose selected detail tasks?

Discuss the tasks your building needs during the walkthrough. The proposal should record the final combination and frequency.
