What You’ll Be Doing:
This is industrial cleaning work that’s physical, reliable, and consistent. Your responsibilities will include:
- Covering shifts when team members call off
- Training new hires
- Launching new accounts
- Conducting quick quality checks
- Restocking supplies
- Communicating with clients and operations
- Performing cleaning tasks such as:
- Removing trash
- Cleaning bathrooms
- Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing floors
- Wiping down surfaces and equipment
- Cleaning kitchens and breakrooms
What You Bring:
- At least 1 year of cleaning or supervisory experience
- A reliable car and valid driver’s license
- Flexibility for early morning or night shifts
- Basic smartphone and app navigation skills
- A get-it-done attitude
