Treat the dealership as several working spaces

A showroom, service reception, customer lounge and administrative office have different priorities. We identify each area during the walkthrough and agree on tasks, frequency and access. The cleaning program should support the customer experience without treating the whole site as an empty office.

Vehicle placement and display changes can affect access to floors and glass. Establish who moves vehicles and when the area will be clear. Cleaning staff should not have to make those decisions during a shift.

Keep customer areas ready for use

Customers may spend time in the lounge, use refreshments and visit restrooms while waiting for service. Those spaces can need attention throughout the day. We can discuss day porter coverage alongside recurring cleaning where your traffic supports it.

Interior glass, entrance flooring and visible touchpoints need a clear schedule. A showroom may look open and simple, but its surfaces can have different care requirements. Product and method decisions should follow the materials present.

Define the boundary at the service area

A vehicle workshop has different conditions from a sales floor. Any requested service-bay or support-area work needs a specific review of access, soil, equipment and responsibility. Vehicle cleaning and maintenance tasks are not assumed within building cleaning.

The proposal should name the included areas rather than use a phrase that implies every part of the property is covered. That makes pricing and later inspections easier to understand.

Plan projects around business hours and displays

Periodic floor care and carpet cleaning may need a clear area and time before reopening. Coordinate those requirements with the sales and service teams so the plan does not depend on last-minute moves.

For several dealership locations, we can discuss account coordination while retaining a separate checklist for each building. Your area manager handles service changes and follow-up when an area needs attention.

Build the task list by area

These are planning examples. The agreed scope identifies the tasks assigned to our team and the tasks retained by your staff.

BEFORE WE START

Your questions,
answered.

Do you clean vehicles?

Vehicle detailing is not included in the building-cleaning scope. Our proposal identifies the facility areas and tasks agreed.

Can the customer lounge receive daytime attention?

Day porter support can be discussed for agreed tasks and hours, including customer areas and restrooms.

Are service bays included?

Service-bay requests require a separate review of conditions, access and the specific work before inclusion.
